NBA Scores – Kobe breaks Franchise record
The Latest NBA Scores from Monday nights game saw a franchise record break when the Lakers took on the 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center. This is where we will begin our look at the 10 NBA Scores which were put in the books last night.
Kobe Bryant broke the Los Angeles Lakers scoring record which was held by former centre Shaquille O’Neal as Bryant reached the milestone he also moved to 5th on the NBA’s leading scorer list. However the result for the Lakers wasn’t as good as they lost 95-90 after Lou Williams led his 76ers to there 18th win of the season & the 13th at home.
The 2012 NBA Scores for the other LA team the Clippers as they defeated a slumping Orlando Magic at the Amway Center in Orlando. The Clippers defeated the Magic in Overtime 107-102 but the win came at a cost as Chauncey Billups picked up an injury.
Dwight Howard could end up at Clippers before the NBA trade deadline or in Free Agency showed the Clippers what they could be signing with a 33 point & 14 rebound night.
NBA Scores – Wizard win there 5th of season
In more NBA Scores 2012 the Washington Wizards picked up their 5th win of the season despite almost blowing at 18 point lead. John Wall was the star man for the Wiz as he scored 31 points. The Bulls rolled to a huge victory as they defeated the New Jersey Nets 108-87 despite Derrick Rose leaving early due to back spasms.
In more of last night’s NBA scores the New York Knicks defeated the Utah Jazz 99-88 thanks to Jeremy Lin’s Career night. Lin scored 28 points in what was his first career start in the NBA.
In another Overtime NBA Scores the Okalhoma City Thunder defeated the Trail Blazers 111 -107 after a goaltending call forced overtime at the Rose Garden. The Suns picked up there 10th win of the NBA season over the Hawks with a 99-90 win thanks to Steve Nash’s 24 points.

NBA Scores 2011 – Tuesdays Action
After the NBA Christmas schedule tipped of the new NBA season the games will come at a furious pace with the altered NBA Schedule due to the lockout. On Monday their are 12 NBA scores to get you caught up on and we will begin our NBA Scores review with the lakers second game in as many days.
The LA Lakers travelled to the Power Balance Pavilion where they faced the Sacramento Kings. The Lakers fell to their 2nd loss in as many days when they lost 100-91 to begin the season 0-2 whilst the Kings kicked their season off with a win. For many Kings fans they were happy to see their team on the court with off season rumours of the franchise moving were on the cards.
Tyreke Evans & Marcus Thornton combined for 47 points to help the Kings on their way to a memorable win over their in state rivals.
In more NBA scores the Orlando Magic got their first win of the season after losing their Christmas day opener to the Thunder. The Magic returned to the Amway Centre to face the Houston Rockets with a 104-95 win. The Magic’s victory came to some big performances from their bench with JJ Redick scoring 20 & Glen Davis scoring 13 from off the bench.
NBA Scores – Raptors Win
In more of the latest NBA Scores the Raptors kicked off their season with a 104-96 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers & the Pacers defeated a disappointing Detroit Pistons team 91-79.
In other 2011 NBA scores from Tuesday the Nets defeated the Washington Wizards 90-84 thanks to a great performance from Kris Humphries who scored 21 and grabbed 16 rebounds. The Thunder got there season to a 2-0 start with a 104-100 victory over the Timberwolves as Ricky Rubio dazzled on his NBA debut.

NBA Christmas Day Scores
In an unusual start to the NBA Lockout the NBA Christmas schedule kicked off the NBA season with 5 bumper NBA Christmas games including a NBA finals repeat between the Dallas Mavericks & the Miami Heat.
We begin our look at the NBA Christmas scores with the unveiling of the New look Los Angeles Clippers who took on the Golden State Warriors and the Clippers fans will be full of festive cheer. Their 3 All star player Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups & Blake Griffin combined for 62 points in their 105 – 85 NBA Opening day victory. Despite a short preseason to prepare the Clippers new look appear to have gelled and look like they will give the Lakers a run for their money as the best team in LA this season.
LA Lakers were also in action on the Christmas NBA games when they welcomed the hotly tipped Chicago Bulls to the Staples Centre. Derrick Rose would be the Bulls saviour as he hit the winning field goal with 4.8 seconds on the clock to lead the Bulls to a 88-87 victory.
The Lakers who missed out on Chris Paul who ended up at the Clippers lacked the spark at the Point guard position with veteran Derek Fisher failing to impress with just 2 points and 3 assists.
NBA Christmas games 2011 – NBA Finals Rematch
Moving to the Finals rematch in the NBA Christmas day games saw the Heat hand the Dallas Mavericks their first loss of the NBA season with a 105-94 victory in Dallas. Lebron James did something he never did in the last years playoff Finals which was score he ended the game with 37 points and 10 assists.
The Heat and the Bulls got off to impressive starts beating the best of the Western Conference teams and come the playoffs these 2 teams will be battling it out for the Eastern crown.
The other 2 games on the NBA Christmas schedule 2011 saw the Oklahoma City Thunder defeat the Orlando Magic 97-89 and The New York Knicks defeated the Boston Celtics 106-104 at Madison Square Garden.

Ever Since the Dallas Mavericks lifted the NBA title back in June when they defeated the Miami Heat all the NBA news has related to the lockout. The NBA has been in talks since July to get a new collective bargaining agreement.
Unlike the recent NFL Lockout which despite a stubble between the Union and league the season went ahead un affected, the NBA labour talks however look to be affecting their season.
Many sources before this summer predicted that a full season would be lost due to the NBA Lockout and these predictions now appear to becoming a reality. There have been many meeting between the Union and the league but none of the major issues appear to be agreed upon. Read more…
