NFL Thanksgiving Day scores Round Up
With the Thanksgiving day festivities in full swing the NFL Thanksgiving schedule is a big watch for any football fan on Thursday evening with 3 NFL Thanksgiving games being played to keep football fans entertained across the day.
The first NFL Thanksgiving day games on Thursday was between the undefeated Green Bay Packers & the Detroit Lions at Ford Field. The game was scoreless in the first quarter and at half time the score was 7-0 to the Packers after a Greg Jennings touchdown pass from Aaron Rodgers.
In the 3rd quarter however the Packers took over the game with 2 touchdowns and a field goal to give them a 24 point lead. The Lions rallied in the 4th quarter but it wasn’t enough as the game finished 27-15 meaning the Packers went to 11-0 for the season.

The second NFL Thanksgiving game of the day came from Cowboys stadium where the Cowboys took on the Dolphins in a close encounter. The cowboys led at half time with the a 4 point lead thanks to a Tony Romo touchdown pass.
The third quarter however belonged to the Dolphins who scored a field goal and Brandon Marshall & Matt Moore hooked up on a 35 yard touchdown pass to take a 16-10 lead heading into the final quarter.
Early in the 4th quarter the Cowboys took the lead with a Tony Romo pass to Laurent Robinson but the Dolphins regained that lead with another Shayne Graham field goal to take the lead at 19-17. The Dolphins would hold the lead until the final tick of the clock when a Dan Bailey 28 field goal won the game for the Cowboys 20-19. The Cowboys now lead the NFC East by a game ahead of the Giants who play on Monday Night Football against the Saints.
The final NFL Thanksgiving score of the evening came from Baltimore where the Ravens handed the 49ers their second loss of the season. In a game decided by field goals and 1 touchdown from Flacco to Dennis Pitta was the difference between the 2 teams.
