NFL Scores 2011 Week 6 – Sunday 16th October
NFL Scores 2011 – Top Games
Welcome to our report on the NFL scores from Sundays top games decided by me, well the Week 6 NFL Scores didn’t dissapoint and yet again I am left thanking the football gods we did’nt have a lockout. Anyway let get down to business with out NFL scores 2011 Week 6 report, so lets head over to Lambeau Field where the Green Bay Packers play host to the St. Louis Rams. Well tales from the two camps could not be different, the Packers still high on their Superbowl triumph started this game with a perfect record whereas the Rams are still without a win.
When the first quarter finished only 3 points made their way onto the scoreboard by virtue of a Mason Crosby field goal scored from 32 yards. The second quarter was exeptionally different with Aaron Rodgers proving his metal with 3 touchdown throws evenly spread throughout the quarter. The rams scored a field goal in the 2nd quarter but apart from this they had no other plus points, then the final 2 quarters remained scoreless for both teams meaning Green bay kept their unbeaten record with a 24-3 final score. This was one of the most predictable NFL scores from week 6, and quite an unentertaining game but who will doubt the Packers can win another Superbowl this year.
NFL Scores – More results from week 6
OK let get back to the other current NFL Scores from week 6, the highlight game for me saw the 49ers meet the Detroit Lions. Matt Stafford remains a strong leader for this team and this very even game had me glued to the live NFL scores last night. However a very late touchdown by the 49ers undid Staffords standout performance. The score ended up 25 point to 19 in favour of the 49ers.
In more NFL scores 2011 week 6 we were treated to another great game between the Giants and the Buffalo Bills, Eli Manning had another great game and notched up 3 touchdown passes and notched up 292 yards in a great effort. Both teams switched leads through out the game untill the final 3 minutes where a Laurence Tynes Field goal sealed the win for the Giants. The final score ended up 27 points score to the Giants and 24 to the Bills.
This weeks NFL scores didn’t finish last night however and keep an eye on the NFL scores today in the Miami Dolphins game agains the Jets, as always for the latest NFL scores check back with us for our NFL scores week 8 report next week.
