NFL Scores – 2011 Week 3 Score Round Up
Week 3 of the NFL season rolled around and brought with it some interesting NFL scores and none more interesting than the New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills.
Both teams entered week 3 with an unbeaten record which was expected from the Patriots but not as much from the Bills. The Patriots started the game the stronger and raced to a 21-0 lead behind 3 Touchdown passes from Tom Brady. The Bills overcame this early set back to tie the game in the 4th quarter at 24 -24 after Ryan Fitzpatrick threw 2 touchdowns and Fred Jackson rushed for another.
The Bills took the lead after Drayton Florence intercepted Brady and returned it for a touchdown to give them a 31-24 lead but their lead lasted 7 minutes after Brady threw his 4th Touchdown to Wes Welker to tie the game at 31 – 31. The win for the Bills came when Rian Lindell hit a 28 yard field goal as time expired to give them the 34-31 win and one of the most surprising NFL Scores from week 3.

In other live NFL scores the Minnesota Vikings lost their 3rd consecutive game after blowing yet another lead at the Metrodome. The Vikings held a 20 point lead at half time but would only score 3 points in the 2nd half which allowed the Detroit Lions to make a dramatic come back to tie the game at 23-23 in regular time. The news would get worse for the Vikings as Jason Hanson would hit a 32 yard field goal to win the game for the now 3-0 Lions and send the Minnesota Vikings to their 3rd consecutive loss of the season.
