NFL Pro Bowl Rosters Decided

NFL Pro BowlThe annual NFL Pro Bowl 2012 takes place in Honolulu on the 29th January for the annual  NFL All Star festivities which used to take place after the Super Bowl but has now changed to being the week before. The NFL Pro Bowl sees the best of the AFC & NFC play against each other in Hawaii.

The NFL Pro Bowl votes have been cast across the season and the NFL Pro Bowl rosters have been decided with the New England Patriots getting the most AFC Pro Bowl selections & the San Francisco 49ERS getting the most NFC Pro Bowl selections.

2012 NFL Pro Bowl – AFC Selections

Looking at the 2012 NFL Pro Bowl roster for the AFC sees Tom Brady at Quarterback and he will have his familiar targets available in Wes Welker at Wide Receiver & Rob Gronkowski at Tight End. Other offensive players who are starters from the NFL Pro Bowl voting results sees Ray Rice at running back, Mike Wallace & AJ Green as Wide Receivers. The defensive Pro Bowl selections for the AFC sees Darrell Revis & Ray Lewis take the field in their respective positions Cornerback & Line Backer.

NFL Pro Bowl Roster – NFC Selections

For the NFC pro bowl selections sees last years Super Bowl winner Aaron Rodgers taking place at Quarterback with LeSean McCoy of the Eagles at Running Back. The Receivers will feature Calvin Johnson of Detroit & Larry Fitzgerald of Arizona as Wide Receiver with the Saints Jimmy Graham the Tight End. A defensive trio of lineman Justin Smith, Linebacker Patrick Willis & Cornerback Carlos Rogers are the highlight 49ers on the NFC Probowl team.

The NFL Pro Bowl Roster is not set in stone as their are injured players such as Matt Forte and also players who feature in the Super Bowl will be removed so their will be some replacement players added onto the roster.
