After the International break the English Premier league was back in action with 8 matches on this Premier League weekend. We begin our English Premier League results round up with the lunch time kick off at Carrow Road.

Norwich City welcomed Arsenal to Carrow Road with hope of making a historic English Premier League Results. and to the delight of the home fans took an early lead through Steve Morrison after a Per Mertesacker error. Wigan would take the lead in the 39th minute with a Gary Cauldwell header from a corner. The lead would last into the second half when Junior Hoilett levelled the game at 2-2 in the 59th minute. Substitute Albert Crusat thought he had claimed all 3 points for Wigan when he scored in the 88th minute but a late Yakubu Penalty would leave the game tied at 3-3 with a point not helping either team with them both in the bottom 2 of the English Premier League standings.

In more English Premier League results Everton came from behind to defeat Wolves at Goddison Park. Hunt gave Wolves the lead with a penalty on the 37th minute but a Phil Jagielka goal before half time levelled the scores. Baines gave the Toffees the win when he slotted a 83rd minute penalty into the back of the net after Louis Saha was pushed in the box.

League leaders Man City got a 3-1 win against Newcastle in this weekends English Premier league results with goals from Balotelli, Richards & Aguero. Newcastle got a late Consolation via Dan Gosling but Man City outclassed Newcastle who were defeated for the first time this season.

In other Premier League results there were wins for West Brom against Bolton & QPR at Stoke, with the games other game Fulham & Sunderland ending in a goalless draw closing out the English Premier League results from the afternoon.
