In day 3 England continued their dominance with their bowling attack with the much criticised Stuart Broad the pick of the bowlers. Broad has been much criticised by the press this summer because of his lack of wickets but his 4 wickets justified his selection.
Broad took the wicket of Sachin Tendulkar who departed on 34 who will still be looking for his 100th century in cricket when India come out for their second Innings. India were bowled out for 286 which Raul Dravid the pick of their batters with an unbeaten 103 and has now passed Ricky Ponting to become the second highest run scorer in Test Cricket.
